Would you like to make a difference to children’s lives? Are you able to assist children and their families through difficult times of sickness and ill-health? Are you the Family Liaison Manager we're looking for?
This role and service is operated by LV Home Care on behalf of the Grace Crocker Family Support Foundation and in collaboration with a large cluster of associated children’s charities and the Jersey Community Partnership.
The service will provide a professional point of contact for families who need guidance, support and help navigating resources, services and funding provided by government and voluntary organisations.
Following the service launch, the role will provide support to families of Jersey children with life-threatening illnesses who, in general, require off-island treatment. Through a dedicated helpline, meetings and literature, the Liaison Manager will provide structured support to ensure families gain access to the necessary information, help and support.
